Fattoria Le Pupille
In the heart of Maremma, a new building takes shape to house the offices and sales space of Fattoria Le Pupille.
THE NEW BUILDING
The intervention involves the construction of a new building which will house the offices and the new sales space of the winery.
Just as the rows of vineyards mark the surrounding lands, the walls of the building will mark the internal spaces in the same way, leaving a strong connection with the surrounding greenery through the large glass surfaces.
The building will therefore follow the linearity of the vineyards, trying to dialogue with the vegetation that surrounds it, without dominating it.
Its surface will infact be distributed on a single floor and will recall local materials and colors in its construction elements, such as the partitions covered in local stone.
At the center of the building, a large circular opening on the roof acts as the protagonist of the main space, illuminating the internal spaces with games of light and shadow and giving the visit a continuous contact with the outside.
