THE INNOVATIVE FORMULA
Fede Cocktail Lab is a uniqueplace in the heart of Florence, yet rare in the Italian scene: a cocktail bar that offers an innovative formula. It’s not just a space where you can enjoy a delicious cocktail with friends, but a true open-air professional laboratory where experimentation and production take place.
The new restyling aimed to create a beautiful space designed according to the rules of the most elegant hospitality, within which the entire creative process is exposed and takes center stage, in a spirit of transparency and sharing.
THE RENOVATION PROJECT
The aim was to create a place where guests weren’t just spectators, but active participants: free to observe, interact, and participate. An environment capable of adapting to different times of the day and to the most diverse needs: from the morning, when it’s filled with hotel guests heading to the breakfast room, to the midday hours, ideal for a relaxing break, until the evening, when the bar comes to life with aperitifs, dinners, and after-dinner drinks.
The decision was to work respectfully on the strong aesthetic references dating back to the early decades of the twentieth century, combining them with completely unusual treatments and interpretations of materials. The goal was not simply to furnish a space, but to create a surprising experience. Every choice was guided by the desire to defy expectations and inspire wonder, through innovative forms, unusual combinations, and an unconventional spatial design.
