Dal 23 Pastificio Urbano

An innovative urban pasta-shop, featuring a modern and fresh design, offering a revolutionary culinary experience in the heart of Florence.

THE FRESH PASTA REVOLUTION

Founded by Andrea Bartoli, Dal 23 is not just a restaurant and pasta factory, but a true artisan laboratory open to public. Here, customers can immerse themselves in the making of  fresh pasta, directly observing the artisanal processing of dough and fillings.

The result is a choice to merge the two souls of the traditional pasta factory and the contemporary urban environment with the aim of creating a space that not only respects the authenticity and mastery of artisanal production, but at the same time integrates perfectly with the modern aesthetics of the city.

THE PROJECT

A place where every architectural detail tells the story of a renewed tradition, giving life to a unique culinary experience that celebrates the authenticity of the product, but also the dynamic energy of the urban environment that surrounds it. The colors are yellow, blue, beige, red, vibrant tones alternated with lighter ones with elements that recall the world of homemade pasta.

The counter and shelf supports are designed as elegant visual reminders of the traditional rolling pin, integrating an iconic tool of the pasta making with the modern and functional design of the space.
