Villa in Bagno a Ripoli
A farmhouse, ruined by a bad renovation in the 1960s, it has been expanded and transformed in search of a lost personality.
RENOVATION
The building has been enlarged and transformed in search of its lost personality. Inside, a great renovation and lighting work changed the image of the house, with the addition of bespoke furniture.
Outside, the threshing floor has been recreated and a swimming pool has been added. Elsewhere the resin covers the terracotta, while white internal windows articulate the rooms of the living area.

Studio Benaim worked on the expansion and restoration, the external and internal renovation, on the interiors and green spaces design of the Villa in Bagno a Ripoli. The intervention was carried out by the project team: André Benaim and Massimiliano Arnone.
