Villa a Greve in Chianti
The restoration project of a Tuscan farmhouse called Podere Camposasso, part of the Tenuta La Novella complex and immersed in the San Polo in Chianti valley in the heart of the Chianti Classico.
RESTORATION OF A TUSCAN FARMHOUSE IN CHIANTI
The complex is made up of a farmhouse and an annex connected by a main stone courtyard. Surrounded by a large land for olive groves, the villa is located in a peaceful valley near the Ema river. The residential complex had undergone recent interventions but through the use of low-quality materials.
The two rooms to the east had been left as stables and used for storage/warehouse use.
THE PROJECT AND FIXER TO FABULOUS ITALIANO!
The restoration and conservative renovation project was carried out on the main building, in particular the facades were modified and the exteriors were arranged with the reintegration of local materials and a wooden pergola on the south side. Inside, the spaces have been modified, finalizing the layout for better use of the sleeping area on the first floor and the realization of the new kitchen area created from the old stable.
The renovation was carried out and filmed in collaboration with Dave&Jenny Marrs and will be visible in the episodes of Fixer to Fabulous Italiano: Season 1 (Sogni in Costruzione) which will air this September 2024 on HGTV and on Prime Video.

Studio Benaim worked on the restoration, internal and external renovation, interior design of the Villa in Greve in Chianti. The works were carried out by the design team: André Benaim and Sofia Lalli with the tv production Fixer to Fabulous, Sogni in Costruzione by Dave and Jenny Marrs.
