Villa in Firenze
An interesting project from the 60s, with an American flavour, to which we gave a contemporary style by performing minor renovations.
RENOVATION, INTERIOR DESIGN AND LANDSCAPE
A new swimming pool, in visual relationship with the living room, participating in the life of the house all year round. The covered terrace that connects the new kitchen with the outdoor dining area, creating a new important space that doubles the size of the house during the summer.
The living area, overlooking the new swimming pool, has been revisited with new coatings and floors, and the insertion of a “metal carpet” marking the dining area. A large vertical element acts as the fulcrum of the space: a central fireplace with a movable hood, which falls from above allowing you to light the fire.
