Hotel Villa Bordoni

A nineteenth-century villa regains its initial character with a careful restoration, which transforms it into a small and precious country hotel with restaurant.

THE ARCHITECTURAL RESTORATION

We tried to optimize the spaces and to insert all the required systems in a four-star hotel, without them being perceived. We have also created an inter-floor with a new common room with which to connect all the rooms internally.
A covered terrace, which hosts the breakfasts, overlooks the garden, simple, but with parterres of box hedges that we strongly wanted to keep.

The restaurant, the bar, the kitchen and the rooms on the second floor have been designed by the studio, while the rooms and the living room on the first floor are the result of the collaboration with Barthel.
